Application
By purchasing an item from Studio Limón you agree automatically to the following terms and conditions:
Information
All of the information on the Studio Limón website has been composed with care. Studio Limón assumes no responsibility for typos or accidental misinformation.
Prices
Our prices are listed in Euros. Prices include 19% BTW but not shipping costs. Shipping costs are to be paid by the client. They are dependent on the weight and size of the order, and are always made known to the client before shipping.
We use TNT Post for our shipping; their tariffs can be seen at:www.tntpost.nl
Ordering
Send an e-mail to in which you clearly state what you would like to order (the name of the product as listed on the site and how many you would like us to send). Please also include the name of the recipient and the address we should send it to.
Personal information is used only to provide services to you, the client, and is kept in strictest confidence.
After we receive your e-mail you will (within 2 working days) receive a confirmation e-mail including the information about whether your product is in stock, total costs including shipping, and the bank account number to which you can send payment.
At this point you can, if you wish, cancel your order.
If we do not receive payment within 5 working days of this communication your order will be canceled.
Delivery time
We try to make sure that anything which is in stock arrives at the client’s address within 3 working days of our receipt of payment. This is only for shipments within the Netherlands. International shipments are discussed individually.
Delivery of custom-created products takes longer and is discussed on an individual basis.
We will always inform you well in advance if the delivery time for a particular item is long.
Shipment
Items are shipped via TNT Post www.tntpost.nl
Studio Limón is not responsible for the loss or theft of an item during shipment. Packages can, if requested, be sent registered or insured. For this, the tariffs listed by TNT Post apply.
Offers and specials
IOffers and specials are good while supplies last for the duration listed on our website.
Exchanges and returns
All of the products available from Studio Limón have been made with the utmost care. Should a product nonetheless fall short of your expectations you can return it to Studio Limón within 8 working days of receipt.
You may exchange the product for one of equal value or request a refund.
You would in the case of a refund receive the amount of purchase not including the costs of shipping or return shipping. You must always let us know ahead of time that you are going to send an item back, using our e-mail address (info@studiolimon.com) with as the subject header your order number.
We only accept the return of items that are undamaged and unused.
Studio Limón reserves the right to refuse returns if these terms and conditions are not followed.
Studio Limón is also not responsible for the loss or theft of an item during shipment back to us.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Responsibility
Studio Limón products are created and assembled with great care. Use of these items is entirely at the user’s own risk. Studio Limón is not responsible for any damage caused by using its products.
Deviations
The actual colors of our items can deviate from what you see on your computer screen. Studio Limón does its best to ensure that the colors match as closely as possible.
Nonetheless it can happen that the product you receive differs slightly from the online example.
Privacy
Studio Limón respects the privacy of all visitors to www.studiolimon.com, www.bibicocotorro.com, www.bibicocotorro.es.
Any personal information collected by Studio Limón is held in the strictest confidence. The information is used only for administrative purposes and to serve you, the client, as efficiently as possible.
Should you wish to end your relationship with us, Studio Limón will at your request delete all of your information from our database.
