Concept

Bibi, Coco & Torro is an animated series for children aged 2 to 6.

These animated stories are presented in part in song form and in part with spoken narration. These modern, imaginative, and creative adventures focus on finding ways to enjoy oneself with the little elements of day-to-day life.

This production is a unique cooperative effort by 'Ziveren Griffel' winner Koos Meinderts, composer Thijs Borsten, animator Marieke van Middelkoop and Studio Limón.

The episodes are:

Sincere
The stories are happy, positive, and surprising yet recognizable.
The tale is told in large part via the music and sounds. All of the sounds were created using genuine instruments and fine voices to make them a pleasure to hear.
Images with speaking characters are presented minimalistically in clear, fresh colors. This leaves a great deal to the imagination, stimulating children to picture greater detail themselves.

Fun for little ones and adults alike
Both children and adults find the simplicity of the characters attractive.
The term “adult music for children” says it all: the whole family will enjoy listening to the catchy tunes!

Subtly educational
The stories are about everyday occurrences in the experiential world of children. Such subjects as cooperation, sharing, and delight in ordinary things are addressed in a fresh and playful way.
